March 5th
Ash Wednesday

12:00pm in Chitwood Hall. There will be lunch ($8 adults/$5 kids). This will include a sermon from Pastor Amy and Traditions music.

6:00pm in the Sanctuary. There will be dinner beforehand in Chitwood Hall ($8 adults/ $5 kids). This will include a sermon from Bishop L. Jonathan Holston and Bridge music. Elementary Kids, Youth, and College students are all invited to participate in worship.

Honduras Team Commissioning

​11:00am in both services. We will commission our Honduras Team before they travel to serve for the week. (Daylight Savings Time begins on this day)

10:05am-10:30am in the Sanctuary for the Confirmation Ceremony.

10:30am Meet the confirmands in the Great Hall during the Sunday school hour.

Palm Sunday

11:00am in both services palms will be waived during processions.

11:00am in both services we will have Senior Sunday to recognize our college and high school seniors.
April 16th
Spring Fling

5:00-7:00pm at Capitol Park for a church family cookout and easter egg hunt.
April 17th
Maundy Thursday

6:00pm in the Sanctuary. This service will include communion.
April 18th
Good Friday Tenebrae Service

6:00pm in Chitwood Hall. This is an ancient practice of the Christian Church meaning a “service of darkness." Through a progression of Scripture readings and musical responses, candles are extinguished to remember the darkness of the Crucifixion before leaving in complete darkness and silence.

Engage Day

9:00am we will gather for a brief service to kick off Engage Day. (Registration will open on March 25th).

• November 12th | Holiday Heart is a Christmas gift project that supports local foster children through Tuscaloosa’s One Place – Gift request cards will be available outside of the worship spaces beginning Sunday, November 12th. Unwrapped gift items are to be returned to the church no later than Friday, December 1st.
